Michael graduated from Ludwig Maximilian University (Munich, Germany) in 2022 with a systematic study of multi-octave spectral broadening in hollow core capillaries. Subsequently, he joined LUPO as a PhD student with a research topic focused on extreme soliton dynamics and the generation of surface high-order harmonics.
