Mohammed received his BSc in Physics in 2015 from the Islamic University of Gaza, and MSc in Photonics and Optoelectronic Devices in 2018 jointly from University of St Andrews and Heriot-Watt University. He joined LUPO as a PhD student in 2018, studying novel ultrafast nonlinear optics in hollow-core waveguides, graduating in 2022. He is currently a post-doctoral Research Associate in LUPO, working on the UCARE project.
