John C. Travers awarded a Royal Academy of Engineering Chair in Emerging Technologies
Prof. John C. Travers has been awarded a Royal Academy of Engineering Chair in Emerging Technologies, a major research fellowship, providing ten years of underpinning support (£2.5m) to work on new technologies with great potential. His work will be focused on producing practical high-brightness and ultrafast far-ultraviolet, X-ray and electron beams. More information can be found here.
