New ultrafast sources and science enabled by advanced nonlinear optics in hollow-core waveguides

Abstract

Ultrafast light sources based on soliton dynamics in gas-filled waveguides can fill several important technology gaps in ultrafast science. We will discuss our work developing these sources and applying them to cutting-edge experiments in ultrafast science, as well as future directions.
