Generation and Characterisation of TW-Scale Optical Attosecond Pulses and Tunable GW-Level Far-Ultraviolet Radiation via Extreme Soliton Dynamics

Abstract

We introduce a new beamline for extreme soliton dynamics (XSOL) that can produce terawatt scale, self compressed optical attosecond pulses, as well as gigawatt level, tunable vacuum to deep ultraviolet pulses via resonant dispersive wave emission.
