Generation of Terawatt-Scale Optical Attosecond Pulses and 30 GW-Scale Sub-3 fs Far-Ultraviolet Pulses Through Extreme Soliton Dynamics

Abstract

We present a new beamline for extreme soliton dynamics (XSOL) that is capable of generating TW-scale peak power self-compressed attosecond pulses and GW-scale tunable vacuum-to-deep-ultraviolet pulses via resonant dispersive wave emission.
