Tuneable Megawatt-Scale sub-15 fs Visible Pulses via Dispersive Wave Emission Pumped by a Gain Managed Fiber Amplifier

Abstract

We demonstrate tuneable sub-15 fs pulses covering 550 nm to 700 nm with up to megawatt peak power by pumping an argon-filled antiresonant hollowcore fiber with 34 fs pulses directly from a compact ytterbium fiber oscillator gain managed nonlinear power amplifier.
